Mike Fagan joined the family business and began his real estate career in Southwest Florida in 2009. As Team Broker, Mike manages and oversees The Fagan Team. He works with buyers, sellers, and reviews all contracts. Mike also coaches and mentors sales agents. His role as Managing Broker provided exceptional insight and ensures that The Fagan Team will be even more successful under Mike Fagan’s leadership.
As Managing Broker, Mike was responsible for training new hires, mentoring agents, overseeing eight sales offices and acting as Managing Broker for over 250 agents. Mike was also responsible for recruiting and retaining sales agents, and he was involved in marketing and budgeting initiatives.
Mike has worked with all aspects of the home buying and selling process. The experience he gained overseeing the real estate side of a brokerage has helped him become an even more dynamic and successful broker. This understanding translates into a knowledgeable sales team, happy clients and overall success for everyone involved.
Prior to his interest in real estate, Mike was a dedicated law enforcement officer and he owned and operated a small business enterprise in Massachusetts. Mike was also a network administrator for the school system in his hometown of Westford, MA.

Dotti Fagan began her real estate career in 1988 in Massachusetts where she was consistently recognized as an industry leader and top producing sales agent for over a decade. Seasonal vacations to Southwest Florida set the stage for what would ultimately become a new home base and thriving business venture.
In 1998, Dotti and her husband Bob permanently relocated to Southwest Florida and in 2003 began practicing real estate in the area. Prior to her tenure as a real estate sales professional, Dotti owned and operated a real estate title examination business and studied real estate appraising. This integrated and multi-faceted industry experience gives Dotti a unique perspective on the market and allows her to provide comprehensive consultation to both buyers and sellers on the entire real estate process. Bob Fagan has been practicing real estate in Southwest Florida with his wife and business partner, Dotti, since 2003 after deciding to make Southwest Florida their permanent residence. Prior to his real estate career, Bob was the Chief Financial Officer of a major defense firm in Massachusetts where he managed an extensive financial portfolio for over 25 years.
